For ‘Shadow Tag,’ Philadelphia-based artist, Cindy Stockton Moore worked with concept collaborator, Rachel Blake, a writer, lawyer and housing rights advocate.  Physicist and data scientist, John Stockton provided additional consultation.  Musician and photograph conservator, Rachel Wetzel, created the soundtrack.  Hoang Pham contributed a charcoal rotoscope animation for the video.
